At Marryland Matrimony, we are committed to providing quality matrimonial services to help our members find their life partners. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.


1. General Policy

All membership and service fees paid to Marryland Matrimony are non-refundable, except under the specific condition mentioned below.
By registering on our platform, you agree to this refund policy.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund is applicable only if marriage has not taken place within six (6) months from the date of registration/payment, subject to the following conditions:

The member must have an active and valid paid membership during this period.
The member must have actively used the services (profile should be complete, genuine, and responsive to communications).
Proof may be requested to confirm that no marriage has taken place.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 15 days after the completion of 6 months from your registration/payment date.
Send a written request with your registered details to: marrylandmatrimony@gmail.com.
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days via the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If the member gets married within the 6-month period.
If the profile was incomplete, misleading, or inactive.
If the member violated our Terms & Conditions.
If the refund request is made after the allowed timeframe.
